To provide the personalized word clock, the following personal data is stored:

• Buyer’s email address for assignment and sending of the personalized link.
• Device fingerprint (technical characteristics such as browser, screen resolution, language settings, etc.) for device binding and license protection.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Data processing is carried out exclusively for the purposes of:

• Creating and managing individual access to the digital word clock,
• Device binding to prevent misuse,
• Technical protection of the access link.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of the contract and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against multiple use).

5. Storage Duration

Data is stored as long as the access to the word clock is actively used. In case of inactivity, data is automatically deleted after 12 months.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

No disclosure to third parties takes place. No data transfer outside the EU.

7. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right at any time to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object as well as data portability pursuant to Arts. 15–20 GDPR.
