2. Data collected

No names or e-mail addresses are stored for the use of ExtraClock.

For technical device binding, a device identifier (device fingerprint) may be processed and stored. It is generated from technical characteristics of the device or browser used, for example browser information, screen resolution and language settings.

3. Purpose of data processing

Data processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of:

• creating and managing individual access to the digital word clock,
• binding access to a device in order to prevent misuse,
• technically securing the access link.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of the contract and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against multiple use).

5. Storage period

The data is stored for as long as access to the word clock is actively used. If it remains inactive, it is automatically deleted after 12 months.

6. Disclosure to third parties

No data is disclosed to third parties. No data is transferred outside the EU.

7. Rights of data subjects

Subject to the legal requirements, you have in particular the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection pursuant to Art. 15–21 GDPR.
